Connectivity & Controls

The Ultra Open Earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3, supporting SBC, AAC, and aptX Adaptive. Android users benefit from Fast Pair and multipoint pairing.
Each earbud has a customizable button that allows you to control playback, switch between modes, and adjust volume, all easily configured through the Bose Music app.

Battery & Charging

You’ll get up to 7.5 hours of listening in Stereo mode and around 4.5 hours in Immersive mode. The compact charging case provides an additional 19–20 hours, for a total of up to 27 hours of use.
A 10-minute quick charge gives around 2 hours of playback, and the USB-C case fully charges in about 3 hours. Wireless charging is not supported.

Everyday Use

With an IPX4 rating, they’re sweat-resistant and ideal for daily life, from exercise to office use. While they’re excellent for music, podcasts, and video, the built-in mic is best suited for casual calls rather than professional communication.
