Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, all completed and delivered digital services are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Physical Products
Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Lux Audio does not guarantee that device displays will reflect true product colors.
Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

Ghost production services provided by Lux Audio are strictly confidential.
Lux Audio waives any public credit for ghost-produced works unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients agree not to disclose Lux Audio’s involvement in such projects.

Clients retain rights to their original audio content after full payment, except where licensing or transfer agreements apply.
